Open Pit Original: Chicago
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups Open Pit Original Barbecue Sauce
- Pulp from 2 mangos
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon crushed Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspooon salt
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large sauce pan (stainless steel). Reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool; store in a glass or plastic container.
