Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups Open Pit Original Barbecue Sauce
  • Pulp from 2 mangos
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspooon salt

Directions

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large sauce pan (stainless steel). Reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool; store in a glass or plastic container.
