Open Pit Original: Cleveland
Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 cup peach pie filling
- 28oz Open Pit original (or 2-18oz)
Directions
Rough chop peaches and Open Pit in the blender. Cook the bacon until crisp; reserve bacon - drain fat except 1 tablespoon. Cook onion and pepper in the bacon fat. When soft, add peaches and Open Pit. Simmer slowly 30 minutes; add reserved bacon.
